Chief Executive Officer
With studies in cybernetics and business law and a couple of executive education programs, Carmen has 19 years’ experience with multinational corporations in the field of management consulting and financial services. Her last 16 years in top executive positions, from which 10 as a CEO and member in different Boards of Directors, gave her the opportunity to develop an extensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of corporate governance in a variety of industries.
In her previous executive position, she started a bancassurance company operations from scratch, in January 2007, on a loss making market and led it through the economic crisis to a profitable company as early as in its 3rd years of operations, and a leading position on the local market.
Carmen considers that disruption is an unexpected opportunity to grow, transform and reinvent, in life and in business, and starting with 2016 she entered into entrepreneurship, setting up her own company, in the area of innovation. In parallel, she holds the CEO position with Dacris, a leading group of companies in office product and printing market in Romania.
Dacris Group is a Romanian company, specialised in the import, distribution and retail of office supplies and printed products. The company history started in Constanta, in 1994, where three of the Fati family members - Lidia, Dan and Claudiu – have opened their first store on a secondary street. Since then Dacris has grown constantly, even in times when the market stagnated.
Today, the company has over 300 employees, in Constanta, Otopeni and in other nine offices across the main cities in the country. Dacris developed its own printing house, one of the biggest in the country at the moment, and owns almost 6,000 sqm of offices and warehouses.
The company has over 6000 clients from all industry sectors, both legal entities and individuals. Dacris leveraged its online presence through two stores, a B2B and a B2C one, which have recorded a constant and organic growth. The company is permanently investing in updating both online stores, so that each client feels comfortable with the chosen shopping method.
Country Managing Director
Cristian is the Country Managing Director of Iron Mountain Romania, a business he took over back in 2006 after working for 9 years with Shell. He began his career in Shell with a finance role in 1997 and held various management roles in Retail, Network business development in Romania and continued with an international assignment in Argentina. Cristian developed extensive experience in retail and supply chain operations being the Convenience Retailing Manager for countries across Central Europe while working for MOL.
As Country Manager for Iron Mountain for the last 8 years, Cristian was able to successfully transform a small business into a fast growing market leader in the Records Management and Information Protection industry in the challenging environments of Romania and lately Serbia. Currently he is responsible for 5 countries leading the CEE South cluster. Cristian holds a University Degree from the Academy of Economics Studies of Bucharest, graduating Financial and Administrative Management while he also studied Strategy and Performance management at Henley Business School.

Marius is one of the youngest CEOs in the construction industry, following a career as a Regional Marketing Manager and then Sales and Marketing Manager within Xella Romania.
Marius has over 10 years of expertise in the construction industry, most of them gained while developing Xella’s strategy and market share in Romania. Under his mandate, the company has registered positive development on the local market, despite the unfavorable economical context of the past years.
One of the milestones that brought him recognition was the succesfull implementation and consolidation of a large greenfield investment, Eur 32 million worth – the first Romanian production facility of the German company Xella, located near the city of Ploiesti.
Xella Group develops, manufactures and markets building materials, dry lining panels, lime and limestone products. The company holds a premium brands portfolio - with its Ytong, Multipor, Hebel, Silka, Fermacell and Fels brands - being one of the world's largest manufacturers of autoclaved aerated concrete and calcium silicate blocks and one of Europe's leading producers of dry lining, lime and limestone products.
In 2014 the company and its more than 6,000 employees in more than 30 countries generated a total turnover of EUR 1.273 m.
In Romania, Xella owns one YTONG production unit located in Paulești, Ploiesti County. The premium brand YTONG is the first masonry brand in the world as well as the oldest brand in the construction industry. The company is mostly known for the residential, commercial and public buildings built with Ytong and Multipor products and for the close cooperation with architects and designers.
He used to serve for several years as "Commercial Counselor at the Austrian Embassy" in various countries all over the world.

Gabriel’s background is based around three main activities: education, sports and business, ingredients that can fuel a productive professional career. He was part of the Romanian national fencing team and he has participated in two Olympic Games: Barcelona 1992 and Atlanta 1996.
Gabriel has an engineering degree from the Bucharest Politechnic Institute, studying Management of Technological Systems, a machines-tools specialization. Later he has attended European Area Studies courses at University of Surrey, England and obtained the Master of Arts degree. He has finalized his MBA degree at Bucharest School of Management, Summa Cum Laude in 2007.
Gabriel’s business activity is mainly linked with Xerox where he started in 1997 within the sales department. He had several roles and moved to regional positions in 2008, at Xerox Central Eastern Europe, Israel and Turkey division, holding positions as Global Accounts Manager and Sales and Marketing Director. Starting with 1 November 2010, Gabriel is the Country General Manager for Xerox Romania.

Before taking over the top management position with Garanti Leasing in September 2010, Okan Yurtsever was the head of the Retail Banking and Bancassurance Division of Garanti Bank, since April 2007. Okan started his banking career in 1996 in Isbank Turkey and the next year he joined Garanti Bank, where he had various assignments in areas like treasury, auditing and the network. Additionally, he was involved in long-term projects like Business Process Re-Engineering with Garanti Insurance Group and Garanti Leasing.
He has graduated from the Political Sciences Faculty with the Ankara University and holds an MBA from the Kadir Has University in Istanbul.
