Please recall the moment in time that you have been the most satisfied both with your work and personal life and why?

From my point of view, a fulfilling personal and professional life are made up of different experiences, not a single specific moment, well determined in time. I like to see these as a journey with successive stages, which have brought me numerous insights, satisfactions and lessons to learn.

One of my most important experiences, which helped form the foundation of my professional life, consisted in the principles I learned as a young graduate: to strive to learn as much as possible, to be ambitious and always do my best to adhere to the highest quality standards in everything I do. These are the principles that I have applied throughout my career and I am still very satisfied to look back and see how much those first lessons have helped me.

Do you have a role model? If yes, who and why?

I have always admired certain people, such as Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, or Richard Branson from Virgin America, for their passion and their remarkable talent to inspire others. I know myself how much such inspiration can matter to a young graduate at the start of their career and there are several people I will always be grateful to.

Taking this further, I must say that I will always admire those professionals who work together efficiently, bringing different expertise to a project to make it great. I am lucky enough to be part of such a team at IMMOFINANZ.

What is your main goal and your biggest challenge for 2016?

My main goals are tightly connected with IMMOFINANZ’s. As such, for 2016, we are looking at successfully delivering the first phase of our Metroffice office project, as well as continuing to invest in the constant improvement of our standing office and retail properties, to continue to set the standard for commercial real estate in Romania and, of course, to strengthen and extend partnerships with our current and future tenants.

It is difficult to provide a short answer for such a huge question, so I will try to let the core values speak for themselves: passion, quality, ambition, teamwork. It is difficult to provide a short answer for such a huge question, so I will try to let the core values speak for themselves: passion, quality, ambition, teamwork.

What is the one thing that you want people to know you by?

I’d like to believe that I am already one step closer towards acquiring this “reputation”: the Manager of one of the most quality-driven companies in Romania, providing not only space, but the optimum mix of facilities for companies to succeed.
