It was on the 16th of January 2013, during a visit to Belgrade. At that day, I was undertaking the final round of negotiations with an important client in the oil and gas industry. All seemed to be exactly the way it should, the client was satisfied and willing to start this collaboration. A few hours later, the contract for the shop fitting project was already signed. It was a big step keeping in mind that we have become a strategic partner with one of the largest gas station chain in Europe.
A few moments later, news arrived from home. My daughter was admitted to university in London.
Two great achievements both professional and personal, that came at the same time, keeping me continuously motivated and confident that I am going into the right direction.
Do you have a role model? If yes, who and why?
I admire every person that I have something to learn from and I am trying to get all the best from each one of us. All this makes me discover one’s courage, hard work, strength, knowledge or ability.
What is your main goal and your biggest challenge for 2016?
2016 is considered to be a very demanding and provocative year. One of my biggest challenges in this way is the accelerated development of foreign markets. My perspective is to strengthen the international partnerships in order to improve access and potential in countries like: Germany, Austria and West Africa. In this regard, I am totally convinced that only excellence in customer relationship can make the difference.
