Please recall the moment in time that you have been the most satisfied both with your work and personal life and why?

Certainly the most important and satisfying moments of my life are those spent with my family. It's a pleasure to see the smiles of my children and to remember my childhood and mischiefs.

From the professional point of view it’s important to have a goal that we can develop. I think the most touching moment was when I saw my first article published. I am still keeping that first one, helps me wanting more and more from me.

Do you have a role model? If yes, who and why?

It’s always good to have more than one model in life. This prevents you from being disappointed when you realize that people who you appreciate have weaknesses and are not as strong as they seem.

What is your main goal and your biggest challenge for 2016?

Along with my team, we established to grow and reach the top transport charts market and I know I can manage this challenge. As a manager, the toughest competition is the need to excel in everything I do. I am waiting for the end of this year to look back at these challenges and successes that were carried through with such remarkable results.

Share with us the main values which rule your universe

What we really appreciate is reflected in what we do. It’s very important to try and create a constant rhythm and harmony in life. In my life, at this moment, the most important things are complete and form a whole. My family is the most important, but as it is said, we all have a second family at our job. As a manager, I’m trying to gather all my people to feel as a family for improving the hours we are spending together. As a husband and father, I am trying to keep harmony at home every day, since I’m surrounded by girls and this is not an easy task to do!

What is the one thing that you want people to know you by?

I like to take pictures. When you take pictures, all the emotions, colours and memories of those moments will follow you all your life and will be reminders for the following generations.
