She has a long track record of successful management: Carmen started her career in Management Consulting with KPMG, pioneering the management consulting services on the Romanian market. Afterwards, she entered the field of financial services, by launching the operations of Aviva in Romania and later, the BNP Paribas Cardif life and non life businesses on the local market.
In parallel with her local responsibilities as a CEO for BNP Paribas group, Carmen took a further role as Head of Investment Solutions for Romania, in charge with the definition of investment areas for the country, organic growth across different business lines/entities and distribution targets in terms of products and services.
Starting with 2016, during almost 2 years, her assignment as a CEO of a 25M Euro group of Romanian logistics/office supply companies was focused on value generation through business transformation & process improvement, to sustain and drive further growth, bottom-line efficiency and equity value creation.
Carmen is a person of strong integrity, an empowering leader who gives top executives the perspective that (the right) human capital is every organization’s greatest asset and who builds organizational cultures based on values. Branislav is leading the transformation of Philip Morris business in Romania from cigarettes to smoke-free reduced-risk products.
He previously worked in Switzerland as Global Director Corporate Affairs for PMI Duty Free. From 2012 to 2015, Branislav was General Manager for PMI in Croatia and member of the Management Team for SEE. He joined PMI in 2007 as Manager Corporate Affairs and has since moved through several jobs with increasing responsibilities in SEE region and PMI HQ in Switzerland.
Branislav is a participative leader and experienced talent developer with strong strategic and analytical skills combined with focus on operational excellence.

After 4 years of management consulting in France, Dan has co-founded in 2006 Autonom – the leading car rental & mobility provider in Romania. Autonom has been awarded the Best Employer in Romania title in 2014 and 2015.

Before taking over the top management position with Garanti Leasing in September 2010, Okan Yurtsever was the head of the Retail Banking and Bancassurance Division of Garanti Bank, since April 2007.
Okan started his banking career in 1996 in Isbank Turkey and the next year he joined Garanti Bank, where he had various assignments in areas like treasury, auditing and the network. Additionally, he was involved in long-term projects like Business Process Re-Engineering with Garanti Insurance Group and Garanti Leasing.
He has graduated from the Political Sciences Faculty with the Ankara University and holds an MBA from the Kadir Has University in Istanbul.

Motoractive IFN S.A. was established in 1998, its main activity being car leasing only. Later on, the company has diversified its products in order to better address its customers with valuable solutions on commercial, industrial and retail markets.
At the end of 2010, the major shareholder of Motoractive IFN SA became Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S., the second largest private bank in Turkey, which holds 100% of shares.
